MASTERCLASS PROGRAMME
For many school digital leads, the hard part is not in choosing software, setting up systems, or incorporating tech tools that deepen learning. That’s their bread and butter!
The difficulty lies in leading their colleagues into change effectively.
Change management is a necessary skill for digital transformation, and our Leading Change masterclass programme is designed to support digital leads in this aspect of their role.
The package, intended to last across a school term, kicks off with a full-day workshop. Participants will receive an individual coaching session in week three or thereabouts,
a 60-minute online workshop in week five, more individual coaching around week seven, and another 60-minute online workshops to round things off towards the end of term.

AI Primer for Teachers
60-90 minutes
This bite-sized workshop offers teachers some quick wins. They’ll learn some effective and practical strategies to stay safe themselves and keep their students safe while using AI, as well as receive the rundown on using AI in lessons to deepen and extend learning, not shortcut it.
A time- and cost-effective way to give teachers very important tools to avoid AI overwhelm.
AI and Governance for School Boards
60-90 minutes
Generative AI stirs up a lot of questions for school boards and governors: does this open up liabilities or concerns? How does it affect current policies such as cyber safety or BYOD? Does it necessitate a new policy, approach, or rule? How will it affect assessments and reporting?
This comprehensive workshop specifically aimed at school boards and those with governance responsibilities will cover these concerns and more, allowing plenty of flexibility to ask and answer questions that have arisen in your school.

Many leaders have told us they feel unsure how to approach AI as a school. There are many factors to consider: how much to use it in the classroom and at a staff level, concerns about assessment, what policies are needed, what "best practice" looks like.
And most importantly, how you can preserve their school's soul and humanity.
We've put together an opportunity to work through this together. In a 2-hour guided, interactive workshop, you’ll:

Equip your teachers to support neurodivergent students effectively and tailor teaching practice to their unique thinking and learning strengths and needs. In today’s Aotearoa, 15-20% of the population is thought to be neurodivergent. Embracing and adapting to neurodiversity is crucial.
This half-day session provides a strong foundation for teachers at all levels and in all subjects, offering practical suggestions and understanding of how different brains learn.
