From e-Learning to Education: Broader Support for Deeper Learning

We’re changing our name, but not our mission. You may have noticed that Think e-Learning has rebranded as Think Education, and while this change holds meaning for us, it won’t affect our clients and what we offer them.

“Think” remains, because our work has always been and continues to be about helping educators, schools, and organisations to deepen thinking. We want to support education that builds critical thinking, with tech and without it.

The term “e-Learning” conveyed that our focus was on digital technology in supporting effective pedagogy. It was never inaccurate, but it has become limiting. While our original focus was firmly planted in digital technology, it has become broader to include general best practice in education, change management, and supporting all educators, learners, and leaders.

The end goal was always that digital technology fades into the background as a tool to strengthen and enhance learning. We still have the tech expertise to help schools create solid digital strategy, implement it effectively, and navigate tech advancements like AI. In addition to that, we can guide schools and digital leads through change management, offer CliftonStrengths strengths-based leadership coaching, and generally support good education and pedagogy in all its forms.

Tech-forward, but education-focused! Think Education is on a mission to deepen learning across Aotearoa and equip educators to be as effective as possible. Get in touch to ask about how we can do this in your school or organisation.
